    Calling in, no one answered the phone or you had to leave your name and number which no one called back, it took me the third day calling in to finally get someone for an appointment.

    The service department always gets me in with a big smile, and are the experts on exactly what maintenance is needed and when. I remote work from their comfortable waiting area and they get me in and out as expected.

    John Thornton always takes care of out vehicles. When I was unsure if I needed the extra and expensive work done to my truck, they did not try to talk me into it despite me doubt. They will always be my go to for service.

    Carried my Yukon for service at 7:30 with no appointment. The customer service called at 12:00 and service was done. Excellent customer service!!
